Terms and Conditions

I'm not a jerk, but I do have to take measures to protect myself and my business. The purpose of this page is to avoid things like someone saying, "Hey what program do you use to edit pictures?" and then I say, "Adobe Photoshop CS5" and then they come back to me a week later and say, "I downloaded a pirated version of Adobe Photoshop and I lost all my pictures and my computer blew up and burnt down my house and now I'm suing you for a million dollars." So that's why this page is here.

I will probably turn this into proper legalese one day, but for now it's very simple:

any advice you get from me or from this site or any affiliated site (including, but not limited to, my Facebook, Blog, Twitter) at any time ever is not guaranteed to be anything but my personal opinion, you may not come back to me at any time for any reason and say anything is my fault - it's an opinion, take it or leave it, your actions are your own responsiblity
external content and sites (in the form of links from this or any affiliated site, or directly pulled into this or any affiliated site) are not endorsed by me, if they suck or don't work, don't blame me, but please tell me
if we decide to work together we will have a basic contract signed by both responsible parties outlining the expectations, deadlines, fees, etc. - until then anything that happens between us is a conversation and nothing more - unless you have a piece of paper with my signature on it don't expect anything at any time for any reason
filling out the contact form does not guarantee a reply; I do my best to answer everyone within a day or two but I will not guarantee you will ever hear from me
